HIRING DIVERSE CANDIDATES IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN EVER.

It has been quoted that nearly half of millennials (47%) actively look for diversity and inclusion programs in their prospective employers before finalizing a job decision. Once hired, studies show that diverse management teams see 19% higher revenue due to innovation.

We are excited to host female founders Lisa Skeete Tatum of Landit, Shivani Siroya of Tala, and Frida Polli of Pymetrics to share the ways companies today are creating objective views around candidates and hiring at scale, as well as steps to incorporate into your hiring strategy to build more diverse teams.
